How Do I return My Order?
1. Please include a note into the return stating your order number, items returned, and reason for return.
2. You have 14 days from receiving your order to return your item.
3. The products you return must be in new and unworn condition with all the original packaging and tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it has been used. In such cases, the item will be returned to you.
4. We highly recommend you send your return via a tracked post such as Royal Mail as Kappy accepts no liability for any items lost in transit.

6.be met by yourself unless items are damaged, in this instance, upon receipt of the return a refund of the carriage costs will be processed via your original method of payment.
7. Once we have received the return, please allow up to 2 working days for the refund to be processed. Depending on your bank/payment method, it can take up to 10 working days for the funds to become available.
8. In the event of a cancellation, the reversal of funds can take up to 3 working days, depending on your bank/card provider.
9. We are not able to process exchanges on returned items as we cannot guarantee the availability of an item once we have received your return. Please return your unwanted items and place a new order.
10. Please make sure you check the item/size and your contact/shipping information thoroughly before your order is placed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with all of your tracking details.
Any orders placed before 3pm will always be dispatched the same working day. (Monday - Friday only excluding bank holidays)
Our couriers collect at 3pm and your confirmation email with your tracking details will be emailed to you.

Applicable shipping is displayed during checkout. Please note there is no option to pay duties up front. Customs in your country will contact you if there are any duties to pay regarding your delivery.
The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note - we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.
