DELIVERY

At Kappy Design, we take pride in despatching all orders placed before 13:00 Monday - Friday on the same day. If your order is placed after 13:00 on a Friday your order will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

International orders are processed and sent from the UK by a Cross Border service. These will be delivered by a local postal company/agent which will vary for each country.

EU / USA customers - there are NO extra fees to pay on delivery!

Delivery generally takes 5-14 days to arrive depending on which EU country you are in!

UK STANDARD DELIVERY

Courier: Royal Mail Tracked 48

Price: £4.99 (Free for all UK orders over €100.00)

Orders dispatched via Royal Mail's Tracked 48 Delivery generally take 1-5 working days to arrive. All orders placed before 13:00 are dispatched the same day.

UK EXPRESS DELIVERY

Courier: Royal Mail Tracked 24

Price: £5.99

Orders dispatched via Roval Mail's Tracked 24 Delivery generally take 1-2 working davs to arrive. All orders placed before 13:00 are dispatched the same day.

USA STANDARD DELIVERY

Delivery generally take 6-14 days to arrive and will be delivered by USPS

 

 

EU RETURNS

  1. Prepare your return: Include your original packing sheet inside.
  2. Create your  label (EU customers only):
    EU customers can visit  https://toadretail.returningtechnology.com  to generate your  returns label.
  3. Use your original tracking number and postcode to find your purchase.
  4. Attach and post: Print your label, attach it securely to your parcel, and follow the instructions to drop off at a local post office.
  5. The cost of a return is paid by you but is made simple and low cost!

UK RETURNS

  1. Please include a note into the return stating your order number, items returned, and reason for return.
  2.  You have 14 days from receiving your order to return your item.
  3. The products you return must be in new and unworn condition with all the original packaging and tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it has been used. In such cases, the item will be returned to you.
  4. We highly recommend you send your return via a tracked post service such as Royal Mail as Kappy Designs accepts no liability for any items lost in transit.
  5. Returns should be sent to:Kappy Designs -Returns c/o Arena 170 Tarring Road, Worthing, West Sussex, BN11 4HG. UK
  6. Cost to be met by yourself unless items are damaged, in this instance, upon receipt of the return a refund of the carriage costs will be processed via your original method of payment.
  7. Once we have received the return, please allow up to 2 working days for the refund to be processed. Depending on your bank/payment method, it can take up to 10 working days for the funds to become available.
  8. In the event of a cancellation, the reversal of funds can take up to 3 working days, depending on your bank/card provider.
  9. We are not able to process exchanges on returned items as we cannot guarantee the availability of an item once we have received your return. Please return your unwanted items and place a new order.
  10. Please make sure you check the item and your contact/shipping information thoroughly before your order is placed

ROW Returns

  1. Prepare your return: Include your original packing sheet inside.
  2. Write on the outside of the package "THIS IS AN INTERNATIONAL RETURN AND NO CUSTOMS DUTIES SHOULD BE CHARGED". This will avoid any unnecessary charges and your return possibly being returned to you.
